Tiffany Coats
October 27th, 2010Tiffany Coats is a lonely rider. She left for a trip to India that should have lasted nine months. It has been two and a half years and she is still riding, went through four continents and is she the solo traveler who has traveled more miles.
Tiffany had been invited by BMW to star in the documentary BMW Unscripted, here’s the trailer

Father Spirit
September 14th, 2010In 2010 Jonathan decided to take a trip together with his father, Peter, across India, riding its Norton. Peter is suffering Huntington, a neuro-degenerative disease that leaves no way out, is not able to take care of himself.
With great spirit of adventure and sacrifice, Jonathan has transformed the disease into an opportunity to strengthen the bond with his father and fulfill his desire.
The trip ended in February and all the footage is in post-production.

Again Umberto… Did I Miss Saigon?

On July 30 Umberto Marinello (do you remember Mongolia in Vespa?) will leave for a trip that will take place between Malaysia and Vietnam (under a lot of rain…).
The trip is also a humanitarian project: it aims to raise funds for cambodian children affected by AIDS. Thanks to Dino Pozzato the project has already collected 10.50010500 15000 euros so far.
With a minimum offer of 15 euros you can get the official Did I Miss Saigon t-shirt on the travel blog www.dims.com.my.
The proceeds will be entirely donated to New Hope for Cambogian Children.

Upload video by email
July 2nd, 2010We improved the post-by-mail feature, now you can upload pictures and videos with just an email, it’s very simple: shot the video with your smartphone, attach the video in a message, use the private email address you got from Flickr, fill in the subject with the desired title, send … and voilà.
Riderpedia rely on Flickr for the video upload and has the same limitations. In order to use this service you need to properly setup your Flickr account and get a reserved email address: click here for a step by step tutorial.
